Booking Terms & Conditions
* Office hours : 8am ~ 10pm
* Check-in time : 2pm ~ 10pm
* Check-out time : 11am
* Deposit(amount of the first night of your stay) will be requested by Paypal when you make a booking.
* All guests must provide a passport or photo ID card upon arrival.
* Accommodation fee must be paid on arrival, not when departing.
* If you wish to check out past 11am, an additional night charge, based on the nightly rate of your room, will be applied. Luggage storage is available.
* If you do not check in before midnight and fail to notify us ahead of time, we might cancel your reservation.
* If you have children under the age of 10, you MUST let us know upon booking so that we can reserve appropriate rooms. If you do not inform us of this when booking, we might cancel your reservation.
* If you don't pay for accommodation fee and leave without any notice in advance, we charge double amount for your stay.
* For your deposit to be refunded, you must cancel your reservation at least 72 hours in advance.

* Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to whole amount of your stay
* Reservation through other booking websites will follow the cancellation policy of the website you made by.
* We cannot refund deposits/service fee for bookings made through other booking websites such as HostelWorld, Agoda, Airbnb etc.
* 5~10 nights stay : 5% DC / 11~15 nights stay : 10% DC / over 15 nights stay : 15% DC
* Discount rates are calculated based on the length of your current stay.
* We cannot offer discounts for reservations made through other accommodation booking websites such as HostelWorld, Agoda, etc.
